Please note we have a 24hr cancellation policy on all bookings. This is due to the fact that we are often fully booked, and we cannot accommodate no shows. 100% of your treatment cost will be taken automatically if you don’t show up to your appointment or cancel with less than 24hr notice.

We are not able to reschedule last minute appointments so please if you need to do so make sure you do it at least 24hr prior.

Please make sure you book your appointment correctly by reading all the descriptions, as most of the time we are booked back to back and we don’t have time to do any adds on.

We don’t process refunds unless there is a valid motivation if you cancel, reschedule or change your mind within the 24hr prior your appointment.

If you choose to cancel your appointment more than 24hrs in advance, we will refund your full deposit.

Please note that in order to secure bookings we require valid credit or debit card details in line with our cancellation policy.

Please note that is illegal to smoke anywhere in our salon.

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving our permise as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Late arrivals

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more then 10 min late your appointment might be affected in some cases we won’t be able to accommodate you.

Health history

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

Patch Test

A patch test is required 24 hours prior to all tinting appointments.

Allergies and Medication

You are required to inform your therapist of any allergies that you suffer from or medication that you are taking.
